How you will use the funds to accomplish the goals.\xa0 A team that will take the grant funding and create a result. The team has scheduled time to work on the project.\xa0 A method to monitor the results of the project to see if the goals are being met. A process for tracking expenses and reporting back to the granting organization. Facility and equipment resources lined up for the technical work.
