In January 2020, she and her co-founder had the idea for a platform they knew would transform long-term care, providing residents, caregivers, and families with the tools they need to communicate clearly, directly, and often. Then along came the COVID-19 pandemic, and suddenly, a nice-to-have product became a downright necessity. Today, Evoke Health provides families with access to their loved ones\u2019 health and wellness data, plus a digital platform to communicate with the healthcare professionals overseeing their care.
