b'Brent and Kate have been dating for a little over a year after first meeting on Tinder and for the most part things have been great. Kate bonds pretty well with Brent\\u2019s friends and family, but the past few weeks have felt a little off because Brent tells us they haven\\u2019t been that romantic with one another.
