Team Obama Claims Full Employment, But Sluggish Economy Still A Disaster (Audio: Interview)
On WBAP's Chris Salcedo Show, IPI president Tom Giovanetti delivers a damning blow to the full employment "victory lap" Team Obama is claiming current labor statistics prove. "You're being lied to," said Giovanetti, who points out that since 2008, 10.9 million Americans have dropped out of the workforce, and have gone on Social Security, unemployment, and other government benefits. "The only reason unemployment is going down is because of the number of people who are giving up. This is very ominous for the economy long-term. This is not full employment. This is a disaster."
