Republicans have been pushing a health care reform idea that is unlikely to work--at least the way the health insurance system is currently structured. Sen. Ted Cruz and most Republicans include the health care reform idea of allowing people to purchase health insurance across state lines, often listing it first, which is a problem, IPI's Merrill Matthews tells KMED's Bill Meyer.
