Today\u2019s interview was recorded in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness month. Read on to learn more about my special guest.\nLTC (Ret.) Sue Parisher served twenty-one honorable years on active duty, living a double life of capability and accomplishment in the service\nwhile enduring brutality and abusiveness in her twenty-year oppressive marriage.\nThe constant need to relocate due to Army orders every few years definitely contributed to her abuser\u2019s ability to weaken her defenses against him. The\natmosphere of military masculinity of the time and her daughter\u2019s diagnosis of leukemia continually added gasoline to the horrors of her world.\nToday, Sue is happily married to a wonderful Christian man whose children and family have overwhelmingly welcomed her into their world. She has three unbelievable\nchildren who have been her inspiration and motivation during all these trying times.
