S02 Episode 05: Actor, journalist, playwright and filmmaker Daniel Bailey, shares his experiences and thoughts on mental health within the creative arts. \n\nDan talks us through the importance of having a voice and how losing it can have a huge impact on mental health, his relationship with anxiety and taking ownership of his artistry. He also discusses the singular narrative within black roles and how this toxic environment can affect mental health and identity. \n\nThe Palace of The Dogs is Daniel's online magazine, birthed out of his need to express his political and activist views that he couldn\u2019t through performing. This is formed of a group of artists who care deeply for the issues concerning those whose voices are being stifled by society.
