Vegetable Korma

we are making korma in this episode which can be served with rice or roti with ghee(brown butter)

 Ingredients needed

\n

coconut oil - 2 table spoon ,Green chilli -1, Thawed grated coconut or coconut pieces-1/4 cup, Roasted chickpeas -1 Tablespoon, fennel seeds-1 teaspoon, Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon, chilli powder -add to taste

vegetables - carrots -2, potatoes-1, peas- 1/4 cup, green beans chopped -1/4 cups, tomatoes-1 chopped , onion-1 chopped.

Spice powders cumin powder - 1 teaspoon, corriander powder-1 teaspoon.

\n

whole spices- cardamom 3-4 , cinnamon-quarter of inch, bay leaf -1
