Finally back after a few weeks break and we are back with the fantastic Natalia Ribbe joining us from Margate, she is the founder of L.O.R and the co-founder of Baletta.
L.O.R. (Ladies of Restaurants) leads positive action that addresses the gender gap in the hospitality industry, which has now become an international renowned organisation with events all over the U.K and most recently in Helsinki. It is a positive and inspirational movement for aspiring women in the restaurant industry.
An international human being with a diverse background and many a story to tell from NYC to Budapest. Natalias third favourite hobby after drinking and eating is most certainly, talking (her words not mine), so the podcast is a perfect match!
