After major medical issues, she was put in palliative care and left to die.\xa0 She felt that her grave headstone would probably end up reading \u201cDeath by Potato Chips\u201d as (quote) \u201cThe Pits of my hell had been opened and I proceeded to eat my way in\u201d.
Hailing from Kentucky, USA, she has been featured in \u2018Time\u2019 magazine for her incredible body transformation. But she describes in her book that even after three years into her nutritional cleansing program where she had released 400 pounds (182kgs), she was still uninspired \u2013 bc she hadn\u2019t yet changed her thinking and had yet to accept that for the past 38yrs, she had been playing a big \u2018ol pretending act!

I am married and live in the Valley with my husband Todd Elliott.\xa0 I am mother of two daughters and four beautiful granddaughters. I love Arizona, definitely the weather.
