Her and her husband Ed have been working alongside one another for the past 10 years forming \u2018The Institute for Couples in Business\u2019 and co-authoring their #1 bestselling\xa0 book \u201cLead-the-Ship\u201d back in 2016. \xa0

They live in their very own treehouse with their two young boys in the Hinterlands of the GC where they are very passionate contributors within their community.
