Country legend\xa0JOHN CONLEE's\xa0success began in the late 1970s. His first release\xa0\u201cBack Side Of Thirty\u201d\xa0didn't climb the charts too high. Three more singles also met with a minimum success, although they all charted. But in March of 1978, the label released\xa0\u201cRose Colored Glasses,\u201d\xa0a song John co-wrote, which became a\xa0huge hit\xa0as well as becoming his\xa0signature song. In January of 1979, the label re-released \u201cBack Side of Thirty\u201d which went on to become a No. 1 record, and the hits continued. The Conlee hit list includes songs like\xa0\u201cLady Lay Down,\u201d \u201cFriday Night Blues,\u201d \u201cMiss Emily\u2019s Picture,\u201d \u201cBusted,\u201d\xa0and\xa0\u201cI Don\u2019t Remember Loving You.\u201d\xa0\n\nHe's been a member of the\xa0Grand Ole Opry\xa0since 1981 and was inducted into the\xa0Kentucky Music Hall Of Fame\xa0in 2006.\n\nJohn has just released an album called\xa0Classics 2 -\xa0available at iTunes -\xa0featuring many of his big hits.
