As Megan and Naomi gear up for Lifetime\u2019s \u2018shocktober\u2019 they are bringing out an oldie but a goodie from season one: \u201cPsycho Yoga Instructor.\u201d The story follows Domenic, a handsome yoga teacher who takes an interest in one of his students, an unhappy housewife named Justine. It seems like Domenic might be the one to finally bring happiness to Justine\u2019s life, but alas he has plans that go far beyond yoga. Justine finds herself fighting for her life as he tries to seduce her into the perfect pose. 

Naomi and Megan welcome Lifetime movie superfan Josh Gajewski to walk us through what he's learned after watching almost 140 Lifetime movies this year alone.
