212. Getting Over Feeling "Not Good Enough"

As a coach, I have heard every single one of my clients tell me that they don't feel good enough at least once. But did you know that you don't not "feel" good enough? You THINK you are not good enough. And that is a distinction that matters if you want to stop feeling this way.\n\nThinking you are not good enough comes from many places: Society, your parents, school, tv, social media, trauma, and just plain old life. Everybody thinks this way sometimes, but that doesn't mean you can't change it. But I am going to teach you a way to change it that you might not have thought about.\n\nThis episode is a nuanced look at how you can finally start loosening your grip on "not feeling good enough".
