You Are Not Your Feelings

You are not your feelings. Your thoughts create your feelings.
You just experience them.
Feelings come and go, so do not let any one feeling become who you THINK you are.
YOU are not depressed- you FEEL depressed.
YOU are not sadness, hate, anger, fear or unlovable.
These are emotions you go through. 
When you walk in the rain you do not become the rain.
By all means feel the feels, but then dry off, walk on and know that YOU are the soft glow of the sun that will come again.
Know that under all the feelings, YOU are pure love and beautiful light.
