Your energy flows where your focus goes, so why not focus on what's good in your life?
Count your blessings not your burdens and you will be amazed at how your day goes, your job flows, and your energy glows.
Focus on how stressed you are and all you see are problems, but when you focus on how blessed you are you will see solutions.
Embrace your blessings. Write them down each day.  Choose to start your day in a state of gratitude, and end it giving thanks. Make it a way of life.
