Daily habits create your future. Simple things done daily encourage you every time you do them.
Change doesn't have to be big and bold, the small, simple additions will often have the most lasting affects.
When we try to improve our life or health through restrictions it creates a mindset of lack, which is a defeating way to think and feel.
Here are a few simple daily things that can have a very powerful impact.  Each morning begin your day by thinking of:
1) One thing you are looking forward to;
2) 3 People in your life you are thankful for;
3) One thing you did yesterday that you are proud of;
4) One thing you like about yourself;
5) Your intention for the day (these Mantras can help with this one)
AND FIVE DEEP BREATHS
Commit to this for one day, then another, then another, and see how your life changes.
