Change in Perspective

Morning Mantra: "Replace 'I have to...' with 'I get to...' and see how your day changes."
Remember, most of your stress is self-created.  It comes from the way you respond, not the way life is.
One simple way to help change this is to change your perspective about things you must do.
Instead of saying, "I HAVE to go to work", try saying "I GET to go to work."
Instead of, "I HAVE to make dinner", try saying, "I GET to make dinner."
Instead of, "I HAVE to work out ", try "I GET to work out."
For when you see your responsibilities as privileges that are not afforded to all, your attitude will change.
You will see things that normally cause you stress, as blessings.
You will develop an attitude of gratitude.
And gratitude changes everything.
