Be Present

Morning Mantra: "Anxiety is failure in advance." No one knows for certain what will happen in the future.  When you start to feel anxious come back to the present.  It is all we really have anyway.  And right NOW you are OK.
Right NOW you can breathe.
Right NOW you are safe.
Right NOW you are in control.
Here is an affirmation I say when I feel anxious.  I hope it helps...
"I am not alone.
I am truly blessed.
I will not let my worry control me.
I choose to feel calm and peaceful.
I will make it through this.
I can handle anything that comes my way.
I will stay present and remember I am safe."
 
If you start to feel overwhelmed, repeat this while focusing on your breathing.  You got this.
