Be Aware of Your Thinking

Morning Mantra: "Interrupt anxiety with gratitude." Don't believe every worried thought you have for they have a reputation of being inaccurate.   
Replace them with thoughts of gratitude.  Even if the only thing you can think of to be thankful for is that you are able to recognize your thoughts.  

Becoming self-aware is the first step in healing anything and everything in your mind. Once you are aware of your anxiety, your fear, your self-judgement, then you can address it.  

As soon as you get the feelings that result from negative thoughts, stop, breathe, and replace them with gratitude.  Watch how your feelings change when your thoughts do.
