Two back-to-back episodes edited together from this outstanding and wildly popular program"Vic and Sade" a 15 min sitcom basically featuring 3 characters discussing common every day events in their lives... averaging 7 million listeners and on the air from 1932 to 1946 and again in 1957. The characters are Victor Gook, his wife Sade, and their adopted son, Rush. In the first Episode on this track Vic is trying to write an article about a man from South Carolina who claims he has a false tooth for every state in the Union... the problem is that adults only have 32 teeth and there are 48 states(this was pre-Hawaii and Alaska days). The second episode involves Rush trying to get a free lifetime pass to the local movie house called the Bijou... that and the opening of a new zoo display. In this show it is all about the dialog and it is superbly written and acted by Art Van Harvey as Vic, Bernardine Flynn as Sade, and Bill Idelson as Rush.
