b'Randall has been involved with cruising since he was able to walk. I started on cruises sailing with my family when I was 4 years old.\\xa0 I was hooked on the industry from the very start I graduated from the University of Florida with a BSBA degree in marketing.I decided to go to Law School after my University of Florida business degree.\\xa0 While attending collega and law school, I found the PERFECT summer job.\\xa0 I worked for a company called SINGLEWORLD on board cruiseships as the singles directore I worked on 5 different cruiselines on ships all over the world. When finishing Law School, I worked as the manager of Travel Industry relations for Port Everglades Authority in Ft Lauderdale, FL (Many of our ships sail from that Port.\\xa0 After a stint there I had a desire to be a Trial attorney, I then started my career as an Asst State Attorney for Broward County, Florida where I did over 65 jury trials. It was a great experience. I then took my legal background on to the Police Benevolent Association where I was the General Counsel for over 18 differenct cities of Police officers and their respective Unions.\\xa0 This whole time, I had such a yearning for the Cruise Industry.\\xa0 I made a life changing decision to follow my heart and dreams. I moved to California and started my career as a Business Development Manager for Royal Caribbean International. I have been with this amazing and innovative company for almost 16 years and have NEVER regretted my decision.\\xa0 I am still active in the Florida Bar but do love this industry I wake up every morining with a smile on my face to go to work in a job and industry which I love.'
