His academic work was published in international journals as Journal of International Economics, Review of Economic Dynamics, Journal of Development Economics and Review of International Economics. In the private sector, he was a consultant during the last twenty years, and was a Partner at Rosenberg Consultoria, MCM Consultores, Reliance Gest\\xe3o de Ativos, e Brazil Warrant Gest\\xe3o de Investimentos. He is currently Full Professor of Macroeconomics at the University of S\\xe3o Paulo, and the Secretary of Economic Policy at the Brazilian Ministry of Finance."
