My brother overdosed and in the hospital he asked for detox, he asked for help 7 times. He was told he did not meet the criteria. They discharged him a pamphlet and a cab voucher. He died that evening.

This was 2021 in Regina Saskatchewan.

Changes have been made but justice has still not been served.
