3 More "That Girl" Habits You Can Implement TODAY

I am sure you've all seen the "That Girl" trend on social media, it's been going around for a while and I am here for it! That Girl isn't one girl, you are already That Girl, it's simply about cultivating a lifestyle that allows you to show up as the best version of you! However, if you're anything like me you've probably drawn a lot of inspiration from the social media trend so I wanted to break down the habits of "That Girl" so that you can meet yourself where you're at and start cultivating a healthy lifestyle TODAY!

In this episode I discuss:

  1. Journaling- My therapist is the one who first recommended i start journaling and it has changed my life. There are so many mental health benefits that come with a daily journal practice but start today by simply writing down one thing you're grateful for.
  2. Keeping a tidy space- Your home should be a place that makes you feel safe, comfortable and relaxed not a place that contributes to your overwhelm, spend 15 minutes this evening tiding up a problem area.
  3. Goal setting- "That Girl" doesn't wait for her dreams to come true, she goes out and makes them her reality. If you don't already have a goal in mind start today by setting one. Then create a habit of devoting a few minutes a day to moving the needle towards that goal.
