There is one number that we don\u2019t talk about enough in this industry and that is probably because although it sounds simple to understand, it isn\u2019t always easy to work it out.\xa0

It\u2019s the number that represents the amount of revenue you need to generate each week to keep the doors open and keep the lights on.

And that number is referred to as your breakeven point\u2026 Or breakeven number.
