We live in a culture that longs to satisfy every desire of our heart. So we turn to food, entertainment, and pleasure to satisfy those desires. We lift those these up to places of honor in our heart and we turn to them for comfort and hope. These lofty places in our heart is meant for Christ, and Christ alone. He is the One who brings comfort. He is the One who brings hope. He is the only One who deserves a place of honor in our heart.
