Last week, President Biden sent Congress a $6 trillion budget request for fiscal 2022 in which he said he is \u201crecommitting to good government\u201d partially through re-empowering the federal workforce. The full budget request follows April\u2019s release of Biden\u2019s so-called skinny budget.
