Markets Update: The Bull Run in 2021
Goldman Sachs Research remains confident about the global recovery in 2021, says Peter Oppenheimer, the firm\u2019s chief global equity strategist. \u201cWe are optimistic for equity markets, risk assets and indeed the economy,\u201d Oppenheimer says in this episode, and goes on to explain why he thinks the current bull market is transitioning from a \u201chope\u201d phase to a \u201cgrowth\u201d phase. \u201cAs we move forwards in time, we do expect to see more even returns globally \u2013 less so than extreme outperformance of the US,\u201d says Oppenheimer. \u201cWe would expect people to be diversifying more by country, region and by industry.\u201d
