Andrew Tilton, chief Asia-Pacific economist for Goldman Sachs Research, talks about his team\u2019s economic outlook for Asia-Pacific in 2021, and why they\u2019re forecasting above-consensus growth. \u201cWe\u2019re optimistic about growth in Asia-Pacific next year,\u201d Tilton says. \u201cWe think the region could grow more than 7% in 2021.
