Homily for the Feast of the Holy Family C
\xa0For Luke, \u201cbeing lost\u201d is like \u201cbeing dead,\u201d\xa0 and \u201cbeing found\u201d is like \u201cbeing made alive.\u201d\xa0 This is stated most dramatically at the end of the parable of the prodigal son, \u201cyour brother was dead and is alive; he was lost and is found\u201d.
