So many things have changed - \\u201cnormal\\u201d seems a distant memory and it\\u2019s reasonable to wonder whether some things will ever return. This creates both anxiety from those who hate change AND opportunity for those who pay attention. I can promise you this: real estate will be here in our future and that means there will be ways to make money from it. So relax - there IS a real estate investing future and in this talk, I\\u2019m going to tell you what it is.\\xa0
It might surprise you that I\\u2019m not going to predict the market for the next 12 months. That\\u2019s pretty easy and pointless. What I\\u2019m going to say is, if you know how to look for and think about the opportunities, you will do well no matter what happens.
