Later on we are going to wrap up the topic we started last time called \\u201cContract to Closing.\\u201d This seems like a rather mundane part of the deal and I suppose it is. But many contracts fall out and do not close. Sometimes those fallouts could have been avoided if the parties had been more prepared. So let\\u2019s prepare!
