#342 Why You Lost Money on Your Last Flip
We are not asking for a show of hands, but how many of you have flipped a house and lost money? I see this happening frequently now - people take an expensive course, then dive right in to their first project and a few months later don’t understand what hit them. I’ve seen brand new investors lose over $100,000 cash. And sometimes that’s after paying $40,000 to learn how not to lose money. Why is this happening? And why does it seem to be happening more often? How can you avoid this, or if it’s already happened to you, how can you avoid losing money next time? I’m going to share my thoughts on this coming up.
