Each day can bring a new story about the need for real change, and further introspection around what each of us can do about it in our personal and professional lives. Today\u2019s podcast is a recording of an event that Gary hosted at the end of July on \u2018Inspiring Racial Equity: How CX Professionals Can Guide Their Organizations to Tackle This Urgent Issue.\u201d The event was a joint effort of the Boston and Atlanta chapters of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.
