Do you know that you can Coach yourself? Now, obviously, this won't be as good as hiring a Career Coach. But it's good to have something than nothing. That's why I gave the list of steps that you need to take to coach yourself which can help you set your goals, figure out a plan to go ahead with those goals, and actually set the plan in action. P.S. I don't use this Coaching Model because I have a better model that I have myself put in place and is much better than the GROW Model.
