It sounds like somebody holding a microphone to a cassette tape player and recording clips from some radio show called the \u201cMorning Maelstrom.\u201d\nI can\u2019t find any information about the radio show anywhere, but considering the bizarre content, I can\u2019t imagine it was meant to be heard by the general public.\nWho uploaded it, and why?
