Maxine Attong is a Gestalt-trained Certified Professional Facilitator and PCC Executive Coach whose intention is to fuel the leadership spark that resides in all of us, so that together we can bring change to the systems in which we live play and work within.. 
She assists national and international clients to excel at leadership, through coaching, keynotes, organization development consultancies and workshop facilitation. She is also a facilitator for the SELF Leadership Process and the LEAP Team Process. 
Using these vehicles, she guides leaders to develop and implement future-driven strategies, create effective and productive teams, increase the capacity of human potential and improve business processes. 
She has built her career creating partnerships with leaders, including those bogged down by operational issues, helping them to create highly effective, self- managing teams, thus freeing the leaders to focus more on their strategic objectives. 
Attong is an Organizational Development/Leadership Specialist who leverages her 20+ years of organizational excellence as a Certified Professional Accountant. She holds a BSc Accounting and an MSc Organizational Development – A Gestalt Perspective Leading and Managing Change. 
She uses her creative and communication skills to reach the wider society through her two business books— "Lead Your Team to Win” and “Change or Die” — and her weekly blog.
She produces and hosts a radio show and podcast called Leadership Unlearned, as well as a TV show called Leadership Deprogrammed. She is the founder of the Caribbean Gestalt Leadership Conference, Call to Creativity programs for Professional Women, and Enhance U – Youth Leadership programs. 
She does not neglect her personal social responsibility and contributes willingly of her time to relevant causes. She recently concluded her term as President of the Human Resources Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago and is the Interim Treasurer for the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago. 
Her self-intention is to live with abundance and joy.
