The Financial Benefit of a Business Coach

Connie's motivational quote today is by, - Coach John Wooden
“Whatever you do in life, surround yourself with smart people who’ll argue with you.”

Do you think athletes like Tiger Woods or Derek Jeter had coaches, throughout their careers, who argued with them and provided some real feedback to get them to the next level of their game?

Even though they are considered one of the best athletes in their sport, who were born with superior talent, do you think that their coaches helped them to constantly improve as they aimed to be the very best?
Are athletes any different than business owners or leaders in their field of expertise? We do not know what our blind spots are and like the quote just given, we need to surround ourselves with smart people who‘ll argue with us.
