So many people talk about having a retail location to sell overstock and returns. While that is a great idea and Peter does that, he smartly figured out that having a retail location for buying/selling and trading it allows him to have products brought right to them. They get to hold it in their hands, they get to look it up for price comparisons and as he tells us, he can say no very easily. He sees tonnage and gets to be kind of picky over time. We spend a lot of time talking about how they learn over time what sells and how fast it sells. It is worth noting that 70% of Peter\'s sales are done through eCommerce in some way....Again think about Peter\'s retail location...selling helps cover the costs but buying really pays the bills! So smart!

Golden Nuggets:
Re-think about a Retail location for a few things:
1- A place to sell returns, hazmat, oversized, etc...
2- A staff to pack boxes in their down time, staff to ship items on Ebay, Etsy, etc...
3- A place to buy inventory from others...
4- A place for easy UPS pickups
