What sucks your energy down? Is it a who? Is there a why? Mine are obstacles. I\u2019ll overcome many of them, but the immovable ones drain me to zero. Then they linger around like an evil spirit in my brain, causing all sorts of problems.
Problems that affect my mental and emotional well being. Problems that affect my productivity in life and keep me from moving forward. I\u2019m aware if it. I\u2019m embracing it and dealing with it. I\u2019m not taking medication for it. I\u2019m acknowledging it. Be aware when it happens and take it one step at a time.
I can do better. I\u2019ll do better. I won\u2019t stop trying. I\u2019m already better.
