Katee is a diversity and inclusion speaker, coach and strategist whose previous roles include VP of Global Engagement and Inclusion at GoDaddy. (We\u2019re going to make her tell a quick story of what she and her team did there \u2013 because it\u2019s fascinating!)\n\nCreating a diverse and inclusive workforce involves more than just adjusting your hiring practices.
