Chef Marco Pierre White on his unintentional start in cooking, Ballymaloe, and winning three Michelin stars

The inaugural Ballymaloe Festival of Food will be running at Ballymaloe from Friday, May 17th to Sunday, May 19th this year to celebrate 60 years of Ballymaloe House.

The three-day event will have cooking demos, pop-up dinners, producers\u2019 stalls and activities celebrating the journey of good food from the soil and sea to your plate.
