Edward Ka-Spel of the Legendary Pink Dots

Edward Ka-Spel has built an international following with his dark psychedelic folk melodies and astute lyrics. Best known as the lead singer, keyboard and electronics player, songwriter and co-founder of the band The Legendary Pink Dots. He has also released numerous solo albums and has worked in various different projects including The Tear Garden (with cEvin Keyof Skinny Puppy), and Mimir (with Phil Knight, Christoph Heemann, Jim O\u2019Rourke and others) and has collaborated with Amanda Palmer From The Dresden Dolls\xa0 releasing the LP "I can Spin a Rainbow" and Steven Stapleton's\xa0 Nurse With Wound, just to name a few. Ka-Spel\u2019s albums range from abstract electronic noise to more traditional pop songs, incorporating diverse elements of psychedelia, industrial, avant-garde, experimental electronic, art pop, classical music, folk, sampling, noise, collage, music concrete. His lyrics have been described as intensely mystical, incorporating recurrent themes from his own personal mythos.

The Legendary Pink Dots' new studio album is called "The Museum of Human Happiness" available on the band's website or Metropolis Records. His latest solo works include "Conspiracy of Pylons" and "The Concrete Diaries" and many more.\xa0 The Legendary Pink Dots' North American Tour 2022 was recently announced, followed by their European Tour in 2023.\xa0 \xa0
