Room temperature time crystals.

I think there’s an issue that when the power pulses it instantly starts an atoms reset function aided by the constantly uniform or wavering electrical impulses placed upon the atoms systems, to its most stable state—being that if it is close enough with time always being the limiting factor. That means we can slow them down even further by slowing the photons as much as we can before they hit the atom—before the systems entry. It may take a “while” to slow down down based on age, size, mass, and half life of atom all upon the spin cycles of the electrons being slowed or at least acting upon in the proper pulsed manner, but we may be able to get stability down well enough with cool-enough lasers to cause the atom to spin for its near half life in one direction, and then back in reverse (still mowing forwards in time) for its remaining extended full life. Using heavy atoms bombarded in cycled slowed photons—essentially shaping through gluon placement and interaction how these time crystals behave we can record with light almost an infinite amount of information for an near definite amount of time, while still having the junctions to move them even further along in the repeated cycle of reproduction as old information comes through the the readers sequence of events in the day.
