The Dulce Base is located in Dulce New Mexico, it's a seven story facility in which alleged Alien and Human experimentation is conducted, alleged Alien/Human wars are fought under ground. 

The Montauk Monster is a strange creature that washed up on the beach in upper New York close to Plum Island. The beast was said to look like a menagerie of different animals, it had a beak of a bird/octopus, racoon paws, hairless, dog body. The creature mysteriously disappeared, only photos remain.
