Megalania: Monsterus Monitor Lizard or Aussie Myth S.2 Ep.5

Published: July 25, 2022, 9 a.m.

This week we travel to the land down under to look and see if a real-life dragon still exists in Australia, the Megalania! The Megalania was the largest terrestrial lizard of all time and was believed to have gone extinct in the last ice age, but what is it didn't?  Some people are still claiming to see lizards or gigantic size all over the country. We also cover the theory that the modern Megalania sightings are actually close cousins to the Komoto Dragons which are not native to the outback either. Finally, we cover the most unresearched rainforest in the world which are found all around the country. So please join us on this scaly adventure and throw some shrimp on the barbie for this week's episode of Cryptids Of The Corn
