We're writing our 35th cookbook. It's still astounds us that we have so many delicious ideas and thrills us that people continue to want to cook what we come up with. But the process of creating testing and writing hundreds of recipes in just a few months can be overwhelming. But it's also fun. And here's an inside, behind-the-scenes look at what we go through to create one of our books.
