Culinary Myth #24: Does "all the alcohol" cook out of a dish?

Bruce and Mark knock down yet another myth in today's short episode. This time it's all about the hooch we add to our cooking. We're taught that it's okay to cook with wine and beer and bourbon and rum since all the alcohol will cook out while the dish simmers.
