This is a question you must ask yourself if you want to see improvement in production with your employees. It may even make your employees more happy because you are taking the time to learn who they are.

The key is to find out how your employees learn.
One of the best ways to find out is simply ask them how they learn.
Once you know how your folks learn, use that information not only to your advantage as a supervisor, but to their advantage as well.
